14-Day Return Period: We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Within this period, you have the option to return an item for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, showing no signs of wear or use. We cannot accept returns for items that display any indications of being worn or used.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, either sealed or as delivered. Ensure the item is appropriately packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate the return process by reaching out to our customer service team within the 14-day return period.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Clearly mark this number on the outside of the return package.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include all accompanying materials (e.g., manuals, accessories).
  4. Use a reputable and traceable shipping method to send the package. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  5. Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.

Restocking Fee: Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for all returned items. This fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and restocking products.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and validate its eligibility, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refunded amount will exclude the restocking fee and any initial shipping charges. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
